Today has been an amazing, crazy day! I don't think my brain has even had time to process everything that I've learned. I will tell you one thing though, 10, 000 steps that include working out vs. 10,000 steps of walking around and just doing life, are two very different things. I may have said that yesterday, but I can't remember. I did Convention stuff all day long. I'm not going to bore you with the details, but it was a great day for me. I got to find out about some new amazing products coming this Fall, and I went to some classes and learned some great stuff.
After the classes were over we only had an hour and a half until the One Republic Concert. So...I did what any rational human being would do...I brought my clothes and changed in the car. Haha. I think it really freaks Jamie out when I do stuff like that. He's way more modest than I am. But he has tinted windows on his vehicle and I was wearing a body squisher, so it's not like you could see much anyways! He also warmed up some leftovers for me from when we had Mexican food the other night so I scarfed that down and headed back in. I found me a Protein Smoothie and it was FABULOUS! I'm really addicted to this stuff! Lol It was Strawberry, Peach, Orange Dreamcicle..(idk how to spell that)... then I hopped in line for the concert.
It took forever to get started, but I made sure to do some moving around to get my steps and I sure did! I hit my 10k again today! That is super exciting for me! I just might hit it every night this week.
Well, that's it for me, I'm exhausted!
Here's the breakdown of my food choices for today:
Breakfast
2 boiled eggs & some apple slices = 236 cals
Lunch
Half Turkey Sammy, baby carrots & Vanilla Yogurt = 245 cals
Dinner
Chicken, Cheese & Rice & a Straw, Peach, Orange Smoothie = 805 cals
That puts me at 1286 calories for today, give or take a few on the dinner. I'm feeling good about that since I know tomorrow is probably going to be a higher calorie day.
Good night y'all! Talk to ya tomorrow!!
I started this journey almost 5 years ago. I was in a weight-loss competition and experienced significant (72 pounds) weight loss for the first time in my life. Once the competition was over, I spiraled out of control until I eventually gained every pound back PLUS MORE. As of June 19th, 2016, I'm back in control and I'm headed toward success! Please join me!
